Refund Eligibility
LifeLine Rescue operates as a non-profit organization, and donations made to us are considered voluntary contributions to support our mission of providing free roadside rescue and assistance services. As such, donations made to LifeLine Rescue are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, exceptions to our refund policy may be considered. These exceptions include instances where a donation was made in error or where a donor has been charged multiple times for the same donation. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to such circumstances, please contact us immediately to discuss your situation.
